We are an architectural studio with a family vocation.

Founded in Manises more than 40 years ago by Enrique García Carpintero, architect by the “Escuela Superior de Arquitectura de Barcelona (ETSAB)”.

Member of the “Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de la Comunidad Valenciana”, he has been working on town planning and building projects from the beginning, both on his own and in collaboration with other professionals in the sector. He has worked for the administration in Rocafort, Cofrentes and Ayora.

He taught industrial design at the Manises School of Ceramics. In the field of design he has received the National Industrial Design Award, as well as the International Industrial Design Award.

His son, Enrique García Llatas, is an architect by the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Valencia (ETSAV).

During his years at the ETSAV, he became interested in heritage and was a member of Forum UNESCO’s Association of Students for the Defence of Heritage (AEDP).

He collaborated as an assistant in the development of several heritage intervention projects, including the cleaning and restoration of the Lonja in Valencia. A member of the Official College of Architects of Valencia, he has combined his work in his architectural studio in Manises with work in other studios in Valencia and Segorbe.

In his professional career he has mainly developed residential, single-family and multi-family building projects, as well as care-type building projects. Intervention in existing buildings for refurbishment and renovation is another of his usual fields of work.

Miguel Ángel Montero Pau, an architect from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Valencia (ETSAV), is the most recent addition to the studio.
